Amenity Architects
was formerly called SJ Murphy & Associates which was formed in 1998.
SJ Murphy & Associates officially incorporated as Amenity Architects
a Georgia Limited Liability Corporation in January of 2002. Our
founding principal has over 10 years
of experience commercial development.
Our expertise in
amenity
oriented projects that require detailed
design is extensive.
|
Modern
urban projects are more typically being built around complicated
amenity packages that provide the 'comfort, convenience and activity' that is
expected by those who live, work, learn, shop, and play in these
sites. We have the familiarity
and skills to design for these elements; from creating a special
site identity and 'branding' the landscape to creation of complex
'theme' packages for use throughout a project.
Our expertise
goes well beyond sod, trees, shrubs and groundcover and includes
most site amenities, site layout, parking, signage and more.
|
Items like paving,
decorative concrete finishes, stone and masonry walls, outdoor
furnishings, lighting,
swimming pools, lakes, climbing walls, sport courts, parks and urban
vegetable gardens, just to name a few, are all well with in our
capabilities.
We can design
and help your company to construct almost any detail oriented
project.
